Lilawatie worked with me for 12 years, from the time my son came home from the hospital until he was 12 years old. She was like a second mother to him ( and to me, as a new mom). I knew my son was in great hands as I returned to work. To this day she is still considered family and if I had had more children I would have hired her for longer.
