About Lila

Hello my name is Lila and I am currently a college student at The Ohio State University. I've been babysitting for over 6 years and have genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. Over the years, I've cared for children of all ages, ranging from infants to teenagers. I love building strong, supportive relationships with both kids and their families! Behind babysitting, I've worked as a summer camp counselor, giving me experience managing larger groups of children in fun, safe, and engaging environments. I've also worked as a vocational mentor for children with special needs and have completed several courses focused on Autism, which has helped me provide thoughtful, individualized care. I have reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and a deep love for animals, so pets are never an issue! I am committed to creating a space where children feel safe, encouraged, and inspired to grow. I am really looking forward to finding a family I can support and children I can grow with!
