About Lila

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, driven, and organized! I like working with kids because I love watching them explore and grow independently. I began working at Camp Hi Ho at 14 and learned the importance of letting kids try new things and explore new ideas. I'm looking for a job that is structured supportive, and fun! I started working with kids when I was 14, as a CIT at Camp Hi Ho. I worked my way up as a counselor for the past 2 summers. I began working at Burn Boot Camp in their Childwatch area shortly after my first summer at Hi Ho. I babysit children ages 4-8 regularly! In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks, try new coffee shops, hangout with friends, go to yoga/lagree, and spend time outside! One thing you should know about me is I am very organized and like to keep to a schedule. I believe any structure (even just a little) is essential to a smooth day! My skills include communication, quick-thinking, and organization!
