I have 8+ years of childcare experience, having worked with newborns all the way up to 17 years old! I absolutely love being around children and helping them learn about life. I have experience with children of a wide range of abilities; including autism, ODD, ADHD, diabetes and developmental delays. I love to be outdoors and spend a lot of time with my pets (2 dogs, 1 cat and a small flock of chickens) and gardening! Lila is an angel! She will be the best thing to happen to your family. I needed a helping hand managing the household and helping with my three teens. Lila was so dependable. She was an excellent communicator. She had great judgment and handled most tasks independently with minimal support. She asked questions when needed. Lila is a big picture thinker and organized errands, shopping, school pick ups, appointments, scheduling, meal prep, laundry, the dogs, and anything else that popped up. The house sparkled when I got home. Most importantly, she connected with my children at a time in their lives when they needed to connect with someone. There were lots of laughs when Lila was around. She was part of our family for almost two years. We miss her! Any family would be lucky to work with Lila!
