I'm Lila, a compassionate caregiver with experience supporting seniors through all stages of aging, including memory, bed-bound, & personal care, as well as companionship, & end-of-life support. I've been a respite provider, a Hospice volunteer, and have worked in in-home care leadership since 2015. I've been certified as a Teepa Snow Senior Gems trainer, & managed teams of up to 160 caregivers. My professional path is deeply personal; I've lost two beloved family members to Alzheimer's, and their journeys continue to inspire the empathy and presence I bring to this work. I may have worked in management, but I'll always have a caregiver's heart. I'm currently looking to offer meaningful weekend & evening care for families who need trusted, heart-led support.
