About Lila

Hi! I'm Lila. I'm 23 years old from Tyler, TX. I currently work with Tyler ISD Special Education. As a caregiver, my greatest joy comes from helping parents relax knowing that their children are safe and happy while in my care. My caring and patient nature allows me to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. I have 5 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and I'm comfortable looking after up to three children at a time. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead and enforce them consistently and fairly. I believe that open communication is essential, so I follow the parents' preferred method to keep them updated about their child's time with me. I'm always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that both children and parents have a positive experience. When playing with children, I like to follow their interests and engage with them in their favorite activities. I will also complete basic household cleaning!
