About Lila

Hi! I'm Lila. I work in psychology research in Manhattan and live in Brooklyn. I began babysitting as a preteen and have since worked with children and young people in many settings. My experience includes mentoring a high school student through iMentor, volunteering in elementary school art classes, and supporting children with autism through various programs such as music and equine. I also volunteer as a crisis advocate in NYC emergency rooms through CVTC and as a team leader with New York Cares. I'm patient, dependable, creative, and attentive to each child's individual needs. I love crafts, trying new foods, hiking, reading, playing dress-up, and joining whatever imaginative world a child is excited about that day. I'm also happy to help with homework, meals, cleaning, errands, and bedtime routines. I am Infant and Child CPR/First Aid certified through August 2028. I'm available on weekday evenings and weekends for recurring or occasional care.
