About Lila

Hi, I'm Lila! I've been interested in working with kids since I was 13, when I had my first experience babysitting. I started working at a daycare at 15 at a local church and stayed there for about four years. At 18 I was promoted to manager: I planned activities, was in charge of cleaning and safety, and scheduled events. In my four years spent as a childcare worker I learned so much about love and patience. Watching some of the children grow up gave me a new perspective on life, and I learned to see the world in a new and more explorative way. I love things like building legos, drawing, and engaging in tasks with the kiddos.
