About Lila

Hi all! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, responsible , and flexible. I like working with kids because I love seeing children grow, learn and become their own wonderful little people! I'm looking for a job that has fairly consistent hours, parents who are good communicators, and fun loving kids. I started working with kids when I was just 13 and have been working with them in some capacity since then! In my spare time, I like to hang out with my younger sister, read, paint, cook/bake, and play tennis. I also love finding new hobbies! One thing you should know about me is that I have plenty of experience with children of all ages and abilities and I love working with all of them. My skills include being flexible and thinking on my feet, loving being creative and fun when kids and getting on their level, and understanding the importance of having clear, consistent, and fair rules/boundaries. I'm also CPR and first aid certified. I look forward to meeting you soon!
