About Lila

Creating a nurturing and fun environment for children is my passion. My five years of experience caring for children aged 0-11, especially toddlers, has been incredibly rewarding. I find immense satisfaction in supporting families by providing dependable childcare. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, and I strive to be friendly and approachable with both children and parents. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, and educational activities. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal prep, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or calls. I have a recent degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont and am in the process of renewing certifications in CPR and First Aid. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children.
