About Lila

Lila is simply the best. She became a part of our family, providing nurturing care for our twins (3 yrs) since we pulled them from school due to COVID. We were looking for someone who was taking significant precautions to prevent virus transmission and with whom we could communicate openly about our pandemic-related concerns and our child rearing practices. Upon meeting Lila, we knew she was the right fit. She has years of experience working with children and is regularly researching new ways to engage them in learning activities. She has always worked in partnership with us to ensure continuity in rules, routines, and expectations and our children have thrived with her. Though we are sad that Lila is moving back to NJ, we know our children are prepared to return to school because of the excellent care Lila provided them this year. Lila is kind, understanding, reliable, and she brings creativity, perspective, and a sense of calm to her work. Any family would be lucky to have her.
