About Lila

I've been working in childcare for the past four years. I was a summer camp counselor for children aged 4-12 at a historic farm in southern Rhode Island from 2021 until 2024. I also worked as an au pair for one year while I was living in Madrid (I still speak Spanish, but it's rusty!), caring for two elementary-aged siblings before and after school. After I moved back to Rhode Island, I became a substitute teacher, working in elementary schools across the district. This past fall I moved to Roxbury in order to pursue an MFA in creative writing at UMass Boston. I currently work as a TA, and I'm looking for a job nannying in the summer months while classes are out. I am available full-time during the week and can be very flexible in terms of hours. I love reading, writing, cooking, baking, arts and crafts, watching movies, and spending plenty of time outside
