About Ligia A

Ligia took care of our son with the utmost kindness, patience, love, and attentiveness from age 3 months to 2 years old. She is amazing with babies, and from day 1 was one of the only people who was able to soothe my son and get him to sleep. She helped him learn to drink from a bottle when he initially refused the bottle. She put him on a great schedule with his naps and helped adjust his schedule as was appropriate for his development. As he got older, she developed a wonderful routine with him in the neighborhood visiting different parks, going to the library for storytime, and taking him to different classes. She has a great community of nannies in Menlo Park, so they often met at parks for the kids to play together. Ligia was always 100% focused on our son and played actively with him the whole day. Many of our friends who have seen her out and about with him have commented to me unprompted on how wonderful she is, how she is always engaged with him, and never distracted by her phone or other things. She was also a huge help to us around the house, folding laundry, tidying up toys, and preparing and cleaning up after our son’s meals. Ligia speaks English and Spanish well. She has a safe car and drove our son to activities when needed.
