About Ligaya

Hi! I'm a 43 yo single mom of a college freshman and a high school sophomore. I used Care. com for childcare service when my kids were younger. I always found great caregivers on this website and I'd like to return the favor! I work for the federal government Sun-Thurs but have a lot of free time outside of that. Just trying to earn extra income to supplement my daughter's college tuition and save more especially with a government shutdowns looming. I'm an essential worker and would still work without getting paid until government resolves their issues. I've been through a "shutdown" before and wasn't prepared to go without a few paychecks last go round. I started babysitting the neighbors kids when I was 10 yrs old and also watched my 2 younger siblings for most of my childhood. I've always loved kids and now my kids are too busy to hang with mom these days. I'd love to help out for date nights, lunch/dinner with friends or if you just need a break.
