About Lifsira

I'd describe my personality as fun, adventurous and outgoing! I like working with kids because I want to help develop them into the best version of themselves. I want to help them build confidence and let them know that there's someone in the world who wants them to exceed. I'm looking for a job that had consistency, great communication and can be flexible at times since I do have a child myself and the unforeseeable can happen. I started working with kids really young as I took care of my siblings and nieces and nephews. In HS, I attended a program to help with mental health and leadership and am doing that today. I work in ABA currently and have experience working with kids on the spectrum, ranging from 4 to 19 y/o. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my family and bake! One thing you should know about me is that I will always go the extra mile and take initiative. I want to see all kids do good so I'll always be a strong motivator and protector of anyone in my presence.
