We had the fortune and joy to have had Lidmi taking care of our two boys, now ages 3 and 6. She started taking care of our youngest when he was only 5 months old, so he was just an infant. Lidmi is nurturing, attentive, proactive, with a great attention to detail. She helped us so much during our early years, even reminding us to give her sunscreen/hats/snacks/water for their walks to the park, maintaining an excellent level of hygiene for my infant and toddler. She taught my kids how to eat on their own, wash their hands routinely, clean up their toys, all to encourage their independence. She genuinely enjoys being around children, playing with them and keeping them engaged. My kids absolutely adore her. Even though they are now in school, we continue to call Lidmi for date nights or weekends, not only for child care but because my kids ask to see her!
