I am a compassionate, patient, dependable, and caring person who genuinely enjoys helping others. I believe caring for an older adult involves more than assisting with daily tasks; it also means providing companionship, respect, kindness, and reassurance so they feel valued, comfortable, and supported. My previous experience as a Bilingual Youth Care Professional helped me develop strong skills in communication, patience, responsibility, and understanding the needs of others. Through this experience, I learned the importance of paying close attention to a person's physical and emotional well-being, maintaining a safe environment, following established routines, and responding to individual needs with compassion. As a caregiver, I would be happy to assist with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, organizing, accompanying someone to appointments, shopping, picking up prescriptions, and running errands.
