About Licia

I have hands-on experience maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments through my work at and in childcare settings. My responsibilities have included power washing the pool deck, cleaning pool drains, skimmers, and lint traps, filling salt tanks, scrubbing grout, pumicing pool surfaces, and keeping both lobby and back-room spaces tidy and organized. I also regularly cleaned after birthday parties and assisted with closing duties to ensure the facility was ready for the next day. In addition to professional experience, I've grown up helping care for my younger sister and maintaining household spaces, which taught me the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and taking initiative. I take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and approach every space with care, reliability, and respect.
