We hired Liberty to nanny for us for a couple of months until we could locate a new daycare in January. She's a sweet young lady and helpful with baby's laundry and dishes; however, she would leave the dishes she used in the sink instead of cleaning them before leaving. She's very quiet which is okay but with a toddler that's learning words, it would be better to use more words for their development. The big issue we had was last minute cancellations that would leave me with no time to make arrangements. On her last day, she messaged me an hour before expecting her saying she could no longer nanny for us. I would recommend her to babysit for date nights or to run a few errands, but if you're relying on a daily nanny and don't have any other childcare service, she may not be the best reliable option.
