About Libby

I'd describe my personality as being optimistic, creative, and calm. I like getting to do fun things with them and I've found that I enjoy sharing my love for art with them after I worked at an art camp! Kids are a lot sometimes but they all have something new to teach you in one way or another. I'm looking for a job that I can do semi consistently over the summer before I go to college. I appreciate good communication and feedback so I can do my job better. I really started working with kids about 2 years ago when I was a counselor for my church's art camp. I am an artist! So in my spare time I'm usually drawing or brainstorming. One thing you should know about me is that I like clear instructions and explanations. I feel like I can be more productive that way. My skills include keeping them busy, usually with something craft related (though I think I'm pretty good at coming up with games too), keeping things organized and teaching them some basic skills.
