God has given me a special place in my heart for the elderly. I was very close to my grandmother, so I believe that is where it all started. I had the privilege of helping take care of my Aunt into her 90s I was raised to treat people the way I want to be treated. I enjoy hearing about their lives. I am a Mother of four and blessed with 6 grandchildren. I have been taking care of dementia patients for the last three years and plan on continuing for years. Always smiling, and cheerful. I never want someone to feel like, just because they are older, they are forgotten or a problem. I'm looking for a job that makes me feel like I am doing something important for someone. I helped with my family, thenI started working for a company. I enjoy time with my husband and grandkids. One thing you should know about me is that I am a Christian. And I don't just care for people as a job; they become part of my family. My skills include patience, care, and love.
