Hi! I'm a full-time primary teacher of 18 years, with additional years of experience with children/youth of all ages & abilities. I'm patient, compassionate, playful, curious, honest, & flexible. My skills include supporting dysregulation, modeling/teaching regulation strategies, conflict resolution, maintaining clear/consistent boundaries w/ logical consequences, adjusting to fit a child's needs, abilities, interests, & energy. I value curiosity, life-long learning, travel, human rights/equality, nature, creativity, and simple pleasures. I love working with children because no day feels the same as you support them through the ups & downs of being human. I find joy & purpose in helping them navigate & discover life at all stages. I'm looking for occasional, short-term jobs to supplement my main income: date nights, an occasional overnight trip, multi-family events, when your main babysitter/nanny is unavailable. Available M-F after 5:30 p.m. and weekends 9:30am-11:59 p.m.
