I taught elementary school for 7 years before staying home to raise four children. I am interested in helping seniors have the option of remaining in their homes longer by assisting them with their daily non-medical needs. I cared for a couple in their 90's four days a week for 3 years. One had mobility issues and the other experienced cognitive decline/dementia. My responsibilities included meal prep, house management, companionship, errands, transportation to doctors' appointments, pet care, etc. I also cared for 2 other clients - one with Lewy Body dementia and one recovering from a broken bone. I am CPR/First aid/AED certified.

Libby is a wonderful caregiver and I would highly recommend her. She was the primary caregiver for my mom and dad over several years and truly became part of our family. She was the eyes and ears for me and my siblings who do not live near my parents, keeping us up to date on what was happening. She also took care of everything to keep the house running effectively and provide the needed care for my parents both when they were well and when they are ill. She handled their transportation to doctor appointments, medications, meal prep, feeding the pets, groceries, mail, and other logistics of keeping the house running. Libby is an amazing intelligent and caring person.
