About Lia

Hi! My name is Lia, and I have a deep love for caring for babies. I feel very comfortable and confident providing nurturing, attentive care for infants and young toddlers. I have 2 years of paid experience caring for children ages 4 months to 2 years old, and as the oldest of 11 cousins, I've also spent much of my life babysitting and supporting young children throughout their early development. I prioritize patience, gentleness, and attentiveness to each child's unique needs and routines. I'm experienced with feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, playtime, and supporting developmental milestones in a calm and supportive way. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to trust someone with your baby, and I value consistency, clear communication, and transparency in building trust with families. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where your child feels secure and cared for, and where you feel confident and at ease.
