About Lianni

Hi! I'm 22 years old and have several years of experience caring for children , I also am a certified Personal care aide (PCA) I grew up around childcare because my mom previously owned a daycare, and I also spent time with her while she worked as a teaching assistant. I also have personal experience caring for my nieces and nephews, whom I look after occasionally. Ive worked with various patients including those living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I understand the importance of patience, attentiveness, and treating every individual with dignity and respect. I genuinely enjoy working with children & eldery creating a safe, fun, and positive environment for them. I'm currently planning to return to school and eventually start my own business , so I'm looking for an opportunity that allows me to save money while doing something I truly love. My schedule is open and very flexible, and I'm dependable, patient, and willing to accommodate different family schedules.
