A mother and grandmother, I have worked as a live-in newborn infant caregiver for over 12 years, caring for over 50 babies during that time. I also assist parents in learning how to care for and nurture their child, and have cared for several surrogate babies. I keep meticulous records on the development of the baby to assure that goals are being met.
