My personality as Caring, reliable, and hardworking. Patient, responsible, compassionate, organized, and dedicated. Like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and gain confidence. It is rewarding to make a positive difference in their lives every day. I'm looking for a job that allows me to grow professionally, learn new skills and provide excellent service to customers. I started working with kids in June 2025 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental needs. I like to spend time with my family, read psychology and ABA books and continue improving my English. One thing you should know about me is that I truly care about every child I work with. I am patient, reliable, and committed to helping children grow while keeping open and honest communication with families. My skills include patience, effective communication, and creating a safe and engaging environment for children.
