About Liane

I've dedicated my 20+ year career to working with young children. Since 2016, I have been a principal in an Early Childhood Special Education program. I have lots of experience with children with different needs including medical, behavioral, and developmental. I've been a foster parent and was the director of my own childcare. I am a licensed administrator with the state of Oregon. I want help your family get what you need and have a non judgemental approach. I believe in loving care with boundaries, connection over compliance, and making sure kids are engaged. I believe every child deserves nurturing, understanding, and help to learn. I have experience with helping with every young child milestone from waking to toilet training to sleeping through the night to cutting with scissors. I truly love working with children and am looking for more opportunities to care for some special small friends as well as helping to fund my youngest son's college tuition!
