Lia is a very compassionate and kind caregiver. She is young but has great skills. She appears to be shy but when it comes to getting the job done, she gets it done. I loved having her work with my 87 year old mother who declined to a point of barely able to get herself up or walk. She also has dementia which Lia was very sensitive to. Lia is still progressing and will develop into a very effective caregiver and nurse. I would recommend her to my friends or family. Joni
