About Lhea

Hi! My name is Lhea. I am born and raised in Vermont. I love to be outdoors and taking walks. I have been working and caring for children as long as I can remember, and I really enjoy my job! I believe in a gentle, Montessori teaching approach. I think it's very important to foster independent learning and child led learning with a structured age-based schedule. We love to spend our time going to play groups, story time, and children's programs. I am now a stay at home mom to a 15-month-old. I am looking for another family or two to join us during the week. Before staying home with my kiddo, I was a private nanny for 2 years. Prior to my nanny position I worked in a childcare center for 3 years as a prek & 2 years as a toddler teacher.
