Leyla has been with us since my daughter L was about 5 months old. Lillian is now 4 and has a younger brother H who is 2. To say that Leyla is a vital part of our family is an understatement. She is 100% reliable and has always been flexible with our somewhat unreliable schedules. The kids love and respect her and she truly treats them as her own. To top it all off, she also looks out for our two unruly dogs and helps with kids meals and light housekeeping and the kids are learning Spanish!! I cannot recommend Leyla highly enough.
