Hi, I'm Lexy! I'm an experienced nanny with 9+ years of childcare experience, ranging from newborns as young as 2 weeks old to school-aged children. I also have experience as a lead infant room teacher, caring for multiple children, and supporting different developmental needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, and hands-on learning. My experience includes baby sign language, baby-led weaning, sleep routines, and developmental milestones. Beyond childcare, I'm happy to help families stay organized through children's laundry, meal prep, tidying, household errands, and coordinating with service providers.
