I've been working in healthcare for almost 10 years. I started off as a PCA and CNA working in homecare and nursing homes. For the last five years, I've been working as a medical assistant inside of urgent cares primarily and I'm currently in school to become a nurse. Most of my background is in healthcare. This feels like a good way to connect with my community to keep doing the things that I love getting to keep a flexible schedule for school.

My 83 year old Mother says Lexus "is perfect" and that we "couldn't have hired anyone better" and I wholeheartedly agree. Lexus is a very hardworker, she proactively takes initiative, and comes in each day with a self-designed plan based on her experience and simply what she sees needs to be done. This includes the personal care that our Mother was reluctant to allow/accept her daughters help to do. She is personable and caring, a great listener and communicator, and we all feel thrilled we found her!
