Hello! I am Lex and my pronouns are they/them. I am currently a college student attending Lansing Community College for an Associate's in Arts. I am looking to transfer to a university after I obtain my associate's from LCC. I'd describe myself as thoughtful, attentive, and adaptable. I like tutoring because I feel a sense of gratification and pride when a student is able to understand a certain subject. Plus, I can more easily meet student needs. I'm looking for a job that I am able to fit into my busy schedule consistently. I worked in the classroom as a LINK for a student who struggled in high school, helping her get through assignments, explaining questions to her, and making sure she knew exactly how to get through her math problems. I am able to work with and accommodate students who have difficulties learning, and can create resources for students to aid them during learning.
