Hi! I'm Lex, and I've been working with kids for years. I started babysitting my younger cousins when I was around 13, and growing up in a big family gave me lots of hands-on experience. Since May 2024, I've worked at Mobius (an after school program/summer camp), where I started as an instructor and now also serve as a Student Services and Front Desk Admin. I supervise children, lead activities, communicate with parents, coordinate attendance and field trips, and I'm trusted to help staff with behavioral challenges and conflict resolution. I'm currently a student at Arkansas Tech University studying Business Management and Digital Content Creation, and I'm CPR certified. I love staying active, so working with kids is the perfect fit! I'm also a huge animal lover and am happy to be around pets.
