Hi there! My name is Lexi and I have been a caregiver on care. com for 5 years now. I have received several full-time positions from this site including a 2 year position as a 40+ hour a week nanny for an 8 and 9-year-old (ages when I started). My responsibilities included cooking, cleaning, laundry, transportation for extracurricular, bathing, bedtime, homework help, etc. I was fortunate enough to develop a close, loving relationship with this family which I think is the ideal situation for anybody seeking care :) I also had a position for a year in which I drove 3 girls to and from school every day so their parents (who worked from home) could have 2 extra hours of work per day. I live in Nashville, TN!

I cannot express how highly I recommend Lexi as a caregiver. Lexi worked for our family for almost a year as a driver, a nanny and an activity attendant/fill-in mom. My three daughters, ages 11 to 15, still talk about how amazing she was. Lexi was a wonderful role model for them as tween and teens. She was always professional, flexible, punctual, responsible, and genuinely caring. She is also a remarkable conversationalist with both adults and children, which helped my family connect with her very quickly. My girls looked forward to the time they spent with her, as did I. As an employer in different types of businesses, I believe Lexi has the intelligence and the soft skills to learn and to succeed in any professional capacity.
