Lexi is a DREAM nanny! We hired her to watch our baby girl part time and she is wonderful. She is 5 minutes early every single day and is always flexible if I'm running late to get home. Our daughter adores Lexi and gets so excited when she sees her! Lexi keeps great records of our daughter's feeding, naps, etc. and takes her outside when it's not too hot. My favorite part about Lexi is she is NO DRAMA. She is kind, friendly, unassuming, calm, and reliable. You will not be disappointed. We love Lexi!!
