About Lexi

Caring for children is more than a job; it's a passion rooted in my early experiences babysitting and working at my cousin's daycare. For four years, I supported children with disabilities, followed by two years as a Registered Behavior Technician. I truly believe children thrive with love and support. With 13 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, I bring a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, engaging them with outdoor games, puzzles, and educational activities. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I hold current First Aid and CPR Training certifications. Communication is key, and I always follow parents' preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular texts or calls. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules.
