About Lexi

Hi! My name is Lexi, and I have over 3 years of childcare experience, primarily as a lead infant teacher in a daycare setting. I've worked with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, but caring for babies has always been my favorite. I love helping children grow, learn, and feel safe and loved every day. I also love creating keepsakes and doing art with them! I'm experienced with feeding schedules, naps, diapering, bottle prep, tummy time, developmental activities, and creating calm, consistent routines. I'm patient, reliable, nurturing, and understand how important communication and trust are when caring for someone's child. I'm looking for a family where I can provide loving, dependable care and build a strong connection with both the children and parents. I truly enjoy creating a positive, comforting environment where kids can thrive.
