Hi! I'm Lexi, and I have 3+ years of professional childcare experience, including working as a lead infant teacher in a daycare setting and now working as a nanny! My experience includes caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, with a special love for working with babies. Through both daycare and nannying, I've developed strong skills in infant care, establishing routines, supporting developmental milestones and communicating with parents. I'm experienced with bottle preparation, feeding schedules, diapering, naps, soothing, tummy time and age-appropriate activities. My background as a lead teacher has also taught me to be proactive, organized, patient and attentive to each child's individual needs.
