About Lexi

I started working with children when I was 12 years old when I started watching my younger family members. Since then I have nannied for over 15 different family's ranging from 1 to 5 kids, ages 3 months to 11 years. I have also worked in a preschool for a year and substitute taught for 3 years in elementary schools. I love getting to know each child and tailoring activities to their interest to keep them engaged and entertained. Each child is so unique that it's important for me to get to know each one and build a relationship with them. One thing you should know about me is that I am extremely responsible and attentive to any family that I am working with. I also make sure to let my family's know that I am seizure first aid certified and CPR and first aid certified. I also have experience working with children with disabilities ranging from non verbal autism to Down syndrome. I am also dedicated to working with family's schedules to make sure they stay in a routine.
