Hi Families, I'm Lexi! :) I'm a Speech-Language Pathologist with 9+ years of experience caring for infants, children, teens, & adults. I'm experienced in infant care needs, such as bottle prep, feedings, age appropriate play, & sleep routines. I've also provided personal care support to individuals with developmental & acquired disabilities, always prioritizing their dignity, comfort, & safety. I'm certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) & feel comfortable navigating challenging behaviors through redirection & de-escalation. In May of 2026, I renewed my certification in Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED, & First Aid through the National CPR Foundation. I'm flexible & easy going, happy to jump in & support in various capacities! Rate: $25/hour for 1 child, with an additional $3/hour for each additional child. However, I have a "turn no family away" policy, so if my rate is outside of your budget, please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to working with your family!
