About Lexi

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I've dedicated the past 15 years to supporting families and fostering the growth of young minds. My passion for caring for children stems from the positive experiences I had in previous babysitting roles and the joy I find in helping children learn and develop. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. My approach to childcare is patient, calm, and creative, and I strive to build strong relationships with the children in my care. I value open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day or any issues that arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead and am always willing to help with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and swimming supervision. My training includes First Aid and CPR, as well as coursework in Early Child Development.
