About Letticia

We had the absolute privilege of having Leticia care for our son, O, for a year and a half, from ages 2 to 3, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, what stood out to my husband and me was Leticia’s calm, steady presence. Toddlerhood comes with big emotions, and Leticia never lost her cool. She always led with compassion, patience, and understanding, creating an environment where O felt safe, seen, and supported. Letticia truly meets children at their level. She is excited to play with them, not just supervise, joining in activities, reading together, and engaging with genuine joy. She is a deeply caring individual, and having her care for our son truly felt like leaving him with a trusted family member. In fact, at one of the classes she regularly took O to, other parents assumed she was a family member, which honestly told us everything we needed to know about how she shows up for the children in her care (even when we’re not there) Practically speaking, Letticia was incredibly reliable and professional. She always arrived early, communicated openly and clearly, cooked meals for O, handled his laundry, and was flexible when we needed her to stay later. Most importantly, kept O safe and us up to date when accidents arose. (O once ran into a pole…ouch) Letticia cared for O in exactly the way we hope he is always cared for: with love, respect, patience, and joy. Any family would be lucky to have her.
