Letty was our full time nanny for about 9 months to our 3 yo and 1 yo kids. Things started off great and she is attentive to the needs of the kids. It started to go down hill when she would be resistant to child related tasks and maintaining their play areas. Last straw was her knowingly not showing up to work before we had to let her go. We had previously given her nearly a month of PTO and she had no more days off. She is definitely a capable caregiver, but if you do work with her, be very clear on job expectations.
