My passion for caregiving stems from my own positive babysitting experiences and the desire to support families by providing reliable childcare options. I am known for my patient and calm demeanor, as well as my creative and imaginative approach to play and learning. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to ensure a collaborative partnership in their child's care. When it comes to household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them with consistency and understanding. My educational background includes a graduate degree, along with coursework in early child development. I am also a certified teacher and have completed both First Aid and CPR training. In addition to English, I am fluent in Portuguese.
