Leticia is a great nanny and I would recommend her to anyone. She was a live in nanny for us for a year and we could always depend on her to take great care of our young kids. She always kept them busy with games, crafts, playing outside and taking them to the park. She is a careful, confident driver if you need her to taxi your kids around. She is very responsible, easy to get along with and very loving towards children. My kids absolutely love her and would sometimes even prefer her over us when upset! Definitely a win in our books. Our daughter has special needs and she worked great with her as well. She had some involvement with our daughters behavioral therapy and was able to learn and implement the skills quickly they used to manage various behavioral issues. She also went through a lot of child care training as an Au pair which I was really impressed by. You will not be disappointed in your choice of hiring Leticia!
