Leticia was amazing with my 3 month old daughter! She was experienced in bottle feeding and was able to put her to sleep in her bassinet without any issues. She went above and beyond with her recommendations for useful baby apps and toys too, our baby loved them!

Our family went to Woburn for a night. Leticia showed up on time at our suite and took care of our 2 year old for couple hours. She was mellow sweet and engaging. Our son can be rather mom dependent some times when his schedule is messed with. But there was zero issues and we came to the room to him running around and happy. I'll definitely be keeping her number for our next trip!

Leticia was very accommodating when I was looking for someone to babysit our daughter on the same day. She was prompt in communicating back to us, answering any questions, and helped us out with the house while our baby was asleep. We'd definitely welcome Leticia to our home again!

I'm a single mother and Leticia took care of my newborn over the night when he was only 1 week old. She's amazing and sweet. Very understanding, I'll never forget that I found my kitchen clean and smelling coffee when I woke up, because she found time (I don't know how) to do that.

We're from TN and we were in Boston for a weekend. Leticia was taking care of my toddler for 3 days and she turned a simple (small) hotel room into perfect playground for my boy. She was amazing with us, specially because we were late and she was very understanding.

she is not readable I asked her to make her own schedule and told her she doesn't have any requirements even am not asking her to feed or change to my 20 month old daughter I just wanted her to keep he baby safe so she decided her own timing then I schedule a very important appointment according to her schedule in the first day she rescheduled in the very last minutes then she didn't show up and she ignored all my calls!!!
I asked her about the other bad review and she claimed that the mother canceled many times and it's not her fault so now I understand the other bad review they were right she just stop answering her phone for no reason!!!!

Leticia agreed to care for our son and confirmed that the timing worked for her, but then suddenly, she stopped replying to my messages via the platform. I totally understand that plans may change, but communicating it to me would have eliminated all the stress and anxiety of finding a nanny at the last moment.

Leticia was very patient with my 7month old son. My son enjoyed her company. We would definitely call her again to baby sit.

Letícia has taken care of my 8-month-old son for the past 6 months. She has been nothing but thoughtful, loving, and attentive. My son is so excited to see her each morning. As his first non-family caregiver, we are so grateful for Letícia and all she does to make his days engaging and fun. I highly recommend Leticia!
