Leticia is trustworthy, punctual and an absolute delight to be around. Our daughter (16 months) is usually shy with new people but Leticia got down to her level and gave her time to warm up. Within no time our daughter was playing with Leticia and we were able to go out on our date night! Leticia is confident and warm with children but also listens to their unique needs. We will definitely be hiring her again.
