About Leticia

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Leticia. She was our nanny and babysitter for the last 4 years, and she quickly became a trusted part of our family. From day one, she proved herself to be incredibly reliable—always punctual, never late, and consistently dependable. She was also very flexible and accommodating when our schedule changed, which made a huge difference for our family. Leticia is a former teacher, and her background in education truly shines in the way she cares for children. She thoughtfully planned educational, age-appropriate activities that helped our kids learn while having fun. Whether it was reading, creative play, or hands-on learning, she made learning feel natural and engaging rather than forced. She has a calm, gentle presence and endless patience with children of all ages. She is equally amazing with babies and older kids, and she instinctively knows how to meet each child where they are. She treats children with so much love and respect, genuinely caring for them as if they were her own. Our kids absolutely adore her and still ask about her. Leticia also brought her own children with her while working with us, and she handled all four kids with incredible ease. She managed multiple ages seamlessly, creating a positive, structured, and fun environment where everyone felt included, safe, and cared for. Safety was always a top priority for Leticia. She is a responsible, cautious driver, and we always felt completely at ease knowing our children were in her care. She consistently errs on the side of caution and demonstrates excellent judgment in every situation. In addition to childcare, Leticia went above and beyond by helping with our pets and even keeping our plants alive while we were away—something we truly appreciated. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help wherever needed made her an invaluable part of family. Leticia is warm, trustworthy, nurturing, and dedicated to the children she cares for.
