About Lesly

I am a responsible, caring, and patient teen who enjoys working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. As the second oldest sibling, I have years of experience caring for my younger sisters, along with babysitting a 3-year-old for four months and volunteering in an elementary school where I assisted and guided kindergarten students. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can thrive. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring new trails and parks, as well as staying active through fitness and going to the gym. These activities have helped me develop discipline, responsibility, and a positive attitude that I bring to caring for children. I believe in leading by example, encouraging healthy habits, and helping children build confidence while having fun. My strong communication skills, active listening, patience, and attention to hygiene make me a dependable and trustworthy caregiver.
